Hey lovely customers,

Ishak here, Vive founder. Today is World Mental Health Day, so I just wanted to touch base and remind you all to look after yourselves – whether that’s reconnecting with your friends and family, getting outside for some exercise, or just taking some “me” time. Whatever works for you. 

When I’m feeling stressed or anxious, I turn to chocolate – which is unsurprising as I’m an insatiable chocoholic and I own a chocolate company. But it turns out there is some science behind this. Chocolate is loaded with minerals, healthy fatty acids and antioxidants, which can all help relieve stress and boost the production of endorphins (feel-good chemicals). Chocolate is clinically good for your mental health!

Anyway enough from me. Just keep showing yourself the love and respect you deserve.
