3. Explain the pharmacist’s role in diabetes management.
4. Restate evidence-based data demonstrating the beneficial effects of pharmacist involvement in diabetes care, patient-centered treatment plans, and patient education.
Procedures: Complete the exam and evaluation at https://journalce.powerpak.com. Upon passing (score of 70% or higher), you can print or view your statement of credit immediately. If you receive a score lower than 70%, you will get a message notifying you that you did not pass. You will have two opportunities to pass the exam.
