Grab a partner for this simple yet super effective drill for testing your hollow position and core shape! Start by placing a soft item like a folded t-shirt under the small of your back. Press your back against the item by engaging your core into a hollow position. Hold that shape while your partner tries to pull it out from under you! Next, challenge yourself with something smaller under your back which will require even more effort. Get stronger and have fun at the same time!
