Eyal Lavian, who will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the A. B.
Freeman School of Business, has developed edVIZE, a software platform designed to help students through the college application
process. The platform also helps parents, college counselors and school administrators track student progress. Read more on the

School of Professional Advancement students win big at national student advertising competition
The student advertising team from the School of Professional Advancement (SoPA) Media and Design Program ranked second overall
during their first year competing in the National Student Advertising Competition. Read more on the SoPA website.
FEATURED EVENTS
Umbrella and mortarboard decorating
All graduating students are invited to participate in a mortarboard and umbrella decorating event on Tuesday, May 16, from 11 a.m.
to 2 p.m. in the Gorson Porch Dining Room (facing Berger Family Lawn) in the Lavin-Bernick Center for University Life. Graduating
students can bring their mortarboard and small umbrella for graduation to decorate. Basic crafting supplies will be provided.
Graduating students can reserve one plain umbrella for decorating by RSVPing through Wavesync. You do not need to RSVP if you are
bringing your own umbrella. There will be some additional umbrellas available at the event on a first-come, first-served basis.

the importance of sober-supportive spaces at festivals and music events. Taylor is also the co-founder of Send Me a Friend, a
national network of sober individuals who support and empower musicians and industry professionals on their path to sobriety.
