We debated on how we should attack the month and decided that a month of new features taken directly from your submitted ideas and feature requests was in order! So, get yourself set for some spooktacular new features during this month of celebrating all things haunted and frightening!

Self- Exchanges on Packages

Let's start things off by announcing something we just completed yesterday! We've added another improvement to the Customer Permissions options to give your most loyal season subscribers the ability to perform their own exchanges for performances within their season package. This provides a great incentive for to gain more subscribers/season ticket holders!

Each performance in a package includes a link to change dates or seats.

Easily apply flex pass codes at checkout

This week, we added the ability to apply flex pass voucher codes after typing the patron's last name on the checkout screen! Previously, this option only appeared if you started an order from the Patron Database after choosing a customer. Now, you can choose an event, start an order, use the last name auto-fill on checkout, and simply click 'Apply Vouchers' to apply them to the order. Say goodbye to copy/paste!

If you offer multiple season packages, you may display packages to customers in the order you choose. Simply navigate to Package Manager and use the new 'Sort' function to drag and drop your packages in the order of your choosing.
