On October 7, 2023, and the following days, ZAKA volunteers worked day and night in Israel’s south.

With some 1,200 people killed, many of them butchered, mutilated, and burnt, ZAKA’s mission was to locate and identify every single body, every single human remains, to give them a name and a proper burial.

LEARN MORE

A year later, ZAKA invites you to visit the first virtual exhibition to honor the memory of the victims and make sure that the evil that was carried out on that dark day never comes back.

Through innovative technology, the 'Galeed' exhibition provides a unique opportunity to share memories, foster connections, and preserve them as part of the collective and personal narrative.

The 'Galeed' exhibit is accessible to any community worldwide and can be deployed without installation or additional resources. Visitors can engage with the memories using smartphones or tablets, with customizable sequences and viewing durations, ensuring ease of use.
