When all the dust clears from the construction happening in Little River, it very well might become the best eating neighborhood in Miami. This week, we learned about yet another exciting concept that's on the way. Here's everything we know so far.
🥞 A (Hopefully) New Rosie's: Today was Rosie's last day of service. But the team said in a statement that the closure is only to "prepare for our final location." As far as we know, Rosie's goal was always to move into a renovated space in Little River. Hopefully, they're close to the finish line.
🍕 Pizza From The Macchialina Team: A press release landed in our inbox this week announcing Bar Bucce, a new concept from the folks at Macchialina that sounds like it'll be a lot of different things—a cafe, pizzeria, market, wine bar. Whatever it is, we're excited. Macchialina has never let us down.
🍷 A New Wine Bar: Speaking of Macchialina, their managing partner and beverage director teased a new wine bar on Instagram taking over the old Sherwoods Bistro space.
🍝 A Fooq's Resurrection: We used to love Fooq's in Downtown. So we're very curious about the new (and considerably larger) Fooq's that’s on the way.
🥩 Sunny's Steakhouse: Yes, as far as we know, it's still happening. When? No clue, but it's still the opening we're most looking forward to in (god, we hope) 2024. In the meantime, we have a guide for Where To Cope With The Fact That Sunny’s Still Isn’t Open.
