After the passage of Senate File 496, which put restrictions on what books can be available to students, school districts have removed thousands of books

Iowa schools have removed Holocaust, WWII classics under book ban law

 

Holocaust books are among those caught up in an Iowa book ban law. Meanwhile, schools are now required to teach about the Holocaust in social studies.
