Are we chasing the wrong things?

Can we have a really raw conversation?

Would it be weird to look at other boutique owners' bank accounts?

Well it probably would, but sometimes I really want to know because things can look SO GOOD on the outside, but the cash just isn’t there.

Followers don’t equal sales.
Sales don’t equal profit.

Someone can be crushing it all day with the orders, but when it comes time to pay off the mortgage, is barely making the payment.

You don’t have to appear ‘huge’ to be successful. It's a trap we put ourselves in when looking at others.

To me, success really comes down to two things.

1. Am I living in my greatest version of myself and my purpose on this earth?
2. Is this business profitable enough to meet my needs and wants, and enough to share with those around me who need it.

Am I really fulfilled?

Followers, sales, and size have nothing to do with either. Sometimes, it's just getting more efficient and sustainable that matters.

! Ashley Alderson @aldersonashley You can make a million and spend $950,000 to do so. You can make $200,000 and keep $50,000. You pick. s your bigger really better?

I would love to work with you to show you the strategy we’ve laid out for 10+ years to help hundreds of retailers achieve both.

Both online, and in brick & mortar stores!

Things like:
--> The mindset shifts that scale profitable businesses
--> The productivity tips that help you do more with less
--> The financials & inventory management that really matters for all levels of business
--> Where profit is hiding and how to pay yourself more
--> The systems, sales strategies, team management, and processes businesses need but often miss
--> Realtime eCommerce, SEO, organic, and paid traffic tools working now
--> Social media for TODAY, not 5 years ago, the in-depth tips on TikTok, groups, Reels, video, and building lasting relationships with customers.
--> Plus, the latest on Facebook Ads (take that Zuck)
