Do you want to be a part of our new video series?

StoryWorth sent this email to their subscribers on March 12, 2024.

Hi ,

We’re working on an exciting new project: a Storyworth video series!

We know – from what many have shared with us and from what we’ve had the honor of sharing on the Storyworth podcast – that the stories coming from this community are incredible. We’re excited to keep working on ways to share them with the world.

For this video series, we’re looking for stories about parents: mothers, fathers, and parental figures of all types who have done heroic, fascinating things for their family.

Do you have a story you’d want to share? Maybe it’s a story you put in your Storyworth book. Or maybe it’s a reason you bought Storyworth for your parent!

If you’re interested, just write back to this e-mail or head over to this form to tell us about you and your story!

We can’t wait to hear from you,

Andrew

Some frequently asked questions

Are my stories still private?
Everything you write on StoryWorth is private and you retain full authorship rights. If you’d like to share a story on the podcast, it will first be read by our team and then possibly broadcast publicly. We would never read or broadcast anything without your permission.

Do my stories need to be professionally written?
Absolutely not! People are better storytellers than they give themselves credit for, but we’ll work with you to make your story ready for the podcast.

What’s the format?
If your story is selected we’ll want to interview you, and we’ll also ask about any visual materials that might help us show what happened. Videos will be under 5 minutes each, for now. But you know – pictures are worth 1000 words.
