Hey Champ! Across the socials you’ll find untold numbers of ‘fitness gurus’ preaching what they believe to be true on how to put on muscle mass in the shortest amount of time possible. The problem? There is no ‘shortcut to size’. There is no magic exercise variation that is a shortcut to increase your strength and muscle mass.  Of course there are PED's... ...but unless you want to compete as a professional bodybuilder, there is really no reason to consider that as an option, especially if you value your health.  But you know what does work when it comes to building muscle that last a lifetime? Consistently putting in the work. Consistency in your training, nutrition, sleep, and hydration. This is the inconvenient truth... ...that many fitness ‘influencers’ fail to mention when pitching their programs. (And that many of them are on PED’s too) The fact is the only thing that increases muscle mass that lasts a lifetime is consistency. (Which is true even for those on PED’s.)  The good news is that it’s a cumulative effect… …which is to say small wins every day that pile up over time. In isolation, each day's effort may seem inconsequential. But it's the cumulative effect of consistent training, eating, and sleep that culminates in noticeable muscle growth and strength gains. While the allure of shortcuts is tempting… …Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither are muscles. The path to genuine size and strength is a journey... It’s not a single workout, but the consistentnsteps taken day in and day out that make all the difference.  Be consistent, revel in the discipline… …and don’t forget to Embrace the Suck.
