Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY MORNING RITUALS THAT HELP CENTER YOU FOR THE DAY? A: love a good morning routine! It sets the Sfoundation for
the rest of the day. I travel a lot for work, but when I'm home, I begin every day with a workout in our basement gym before my
kids are awake. I'll play music and even light a candle to make the early mornings more bearable.

Q: WHAT'S YOUR BEAUTY ROUTINE LOOK LIKE? A: Since my days are jam-packed, I have a quick and easy routine! I wash my face, put on
a vitamin-C serum and a heavy face lotion, and Jinally, top it off with sunscreen. It's my non- negotiable, and I am currently
using Summer Fridays ShadeDrops sunscreen. My favorite trick to pull off @ non-makeup look is self-
tanner. I don't do it every week, but sometimes 1 mix some Lux Unfiltered Bronzing Face Drops into my face lotion before bed.
