2023 Intentions from PP 💚
Primally Pure sent this email to their subscribers on April 5, 2023.
Hey primally-pure,
As we reflect back on how our business has grown + shifted over the years – there’s one thing we’re most proud of.
It’s our soil to skin philosophy.
It’s a vision to source the purest, most potent resources from nature. And then crafting them into sustainable skincare products to nourish your skin + protect our planet – at the same time.
As winter transitions to spring, it's a time for slowing down...
Learn abot the soil to skin vision
We wanted to give you a behind-the-scenes look at some of the most impactful choices we make to bring you the cleanest, most sustainable, + most effective skincare possible.
While it’s always been part of our business model, sustainability and regenerative practices hold new significance as we slow down in the new year. It’s a time for reflection and gratitude for our resources.
Here are just a few of the ways we have been (and continue to) source regenerative, sustainable, and clean ingredients:
- We work with emu and cow farmers who are already ethically farming + processing these animals. Aka, we source ethical oils that are sustainably crafted, honoring each part of the animal.
- Many of our distributors are solar-powered or have net-zero operations.
- We often choose wild-harvested ingredients over organically-farmed ingredients (don’t worry, wild-harvest is still organic!). This respects nature’s unique plant variety + potent powers of an undisturbed seedling.
- Our palo santo is sourced from fallen trees only. Our distributor helps to empower surrounding communities. So they restore the health of the forests while making a living wage to support their families.
It’s never too late to start prioritizing sustainability.
And it’s never too late to pause and return to your roots, primally-pure.
How we go beyond sustainability
XO,
The Pure Team
