ETHIOPIA SAYISA

Roast: Filter

This vibrant coffee from the West Guji Highlands is sourced from local smallholders in the Gingo Bedesa district. Cherries are processed at a 2-hectare mill along the Awata River before undergoing meticulous natural processing on African drying beds for 20-30 days. The resulting flavour profile is unique and exquisite, featuring notes of passionfruit, boysenberry, lemongrass, and apricot.

ETHIOPIA GERBOTA

Roast: Espresso

This coffee is a true testament to the remarkable diversity and excellence of Ethiopian coffee. This lot comes from the Abebe Mulugeta producer group at the Abebe Mulugeta Gerbota station, comprised of 300 smallholder producers in Gerbota, Yirgacheffe. Grown at high altitudes ranging from 2,100 to 2,150 meters above sea level, ripe cherries are hand-picked and dried on raised beds for 12 to 17 days, where farmers carefully rake and hand-sort the cherries.

This natural coffee embodies the flavours and traditions of this unique region, making it a true treasure. Enjoy flavour notes of jasmine, blueberry and cola.
