Banana & Custard 
Overnight Oats


Banana & custard for breakfast, yes please! Firstly, prepare your overnight oats with 40g of Oat Pantry Banana Bread Porridge Oats, mixed with a 50/50 split of your choice of milk and yoghurt. Leave to soak overnight and then in the morning add a topping of 3 tbsp of Alpro custard. Top with sliced banana and enjoy!

Banana Bread Baked Oats

Chocolate & banana is a classic combination. Place 40g Oat Pantry Banana Bread Porridge oats, 1 tsp maple syrup, 1 egg/chia egg (1 tbsp of chia seeds mixed with 3 tbsp of water – let it sit for 15-20 mins) and 100g plain yoghurt of choice into a bowl and mix together. Pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish and press in some slices of banana and dark chocolate chips, bake for 25 mins, or until browned.
