Here is our take on this topic...
 
We need to eliminate certain things from our life if we want to stay positive and have tunnel vision on our objectives.
 
And the one that will have the biggest impact on your mental well-being will be cutting out the news.
 
These outlets rely on you being scared and distracted to turn a profit.
 
That's why you ONLY hear about bad things happening in the world…
 
Life has never been this good, yet if you listen to these people, they will have you convinced that everything is burning down around you.
 
Their toxic narrative will eventually begin to shape your reality, and you will no longer be able to focus on this glorious existence that we call life.
 
This doesn't mean turning a blind eye to everything and living in denial…
 
But there is nothing that you can do if it's not happening in your immediate environment.
 
So your time is better spent in the present moment and focusing on things within your control.
 
That way, you can continue moving forward while everyone else is frozen out of fear.
