I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out to apologise for the disruption in our service over the past couple of months. I was away from work due to
personal and business issues, including some time spent in the hospital. It was the most challenging period we've faced in our
eight years of trading, and I deeply regret the mess left on our online platform during this time.
However, I'm pleased to announce that starting tomorrow, we will return to regular trading. Our focus is on bringing you the damn
good coffee you've come to love and providing the best value to our loyal customers. While some issues are still ongoing and may
take time to resolve fully, we are committed to not giving up.
To make things right, we will contact you regarding your previous orders to arrange a refund or replacement. We aim to resolve
these matters throughout September.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to those of you who reached out with messages of support, encouraging me to stand up and
get back to work. We've served you well for the past eight years and are committed to continuing our journey of making great
coffee for the next 10, 20, and 30 years.
We will also resume our newsletter to keep you updated on our progress.
Lastly, please note that we've lost access to our email at [email protected], but we'll be setting up a new
email for communication soon.
I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I ask for your trust as we work to return to the high standard of service
