I couldn't reply to all of you, but I will start communicating with you step by step. Our website had an issue with shop payment (Shopify Payment). So many of you couldn't order. I chatted with the support team, and they are working on fixing this issue. By the time I connect Stripe payment, so finally you can make an order online now (I have tested and worked well) On Monday and Tuesday, I could send out 35 orders and refund five orders. I expect to fix it by the end of September. I will contact each of you with a new email ([email protected]). Right now, I am working all by myself, so it's a bit slow to fix, but I will make sure to fix problems properly.
