Owner and avid BMXer Ooti Billeaud had a dream to create the kind of space he wished existed in Lafayette when he was growing up, and now he is using that dream to make BMX and other action sports accessible to kids who may not otherwise have the opportunity to ride.  

How is he making it happen? By tapping an under-utilized resource in the BMX community: all of the old bike parts currently going unused in garages and shops.
