NAMAQA NEWSLETTER AUGUST 2023
Fruits and vegetables come in a variety of colors that make them vibrant, but did you know their bright hues also do wonders for your health? Each color contains different nutritional properties with specific benefits that can help you thrive. Plants get their rich color and flavor from a substance called phytochemicals. Each color is an excellent guide to discover the specific nutrients and compounds that a fruit or vegetable contains. So, if you love your green juice, that’s great, but don’t forget to drink red, purple, orange, yellow, and even white juices, too.

Get to know all the colors of the rainbow and why they are so good for you here.

Happy Juicing,
