1. UPGRADE YOUR WATER
It's the end of May, and the UK weather has finally realised that means time for sun. The sneak peaks of summer weather have had
me reaching for a cold brew, rather than my usual hot Mission tea. Our cold brews are what takes most people by surprise - all you
need to do is chuck the tea bags in cold water! You get all the benefits (sustained energy levels, focus, blood flow, digestion)
in one very refreshing drink. As a seasoned cold tea drinker, I have a few hacks, which I share over on our IG such as combining
flavours. I always enjoy hearing your ideas too - so please keep them coming!Β

2. MISSION ARE 'JUST DOING IT'
If you've read my emails for a while, you'll know how huge this news is to Mission (+me)! We've been chatting to various company's
about stocking Mission in their offices, to fuel their teams through their days with natural energy. In a pinch us moment, we have
just shipped off a batch of teas to Nike HQ in Oregon! We're so proud to be fuelling extraordinary at one of the coolest offices
in the world.Β
3. A DEEP DIVE ON YERBA MATEΒ
During the London Marathon show last month, I realised there is a lack of awareness on yerba mate (pronounced mah-tey)! This
powerful leaf is used by Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi, Neymar Jr., plus more recently the England football team, who all swear by it.
The people of South America have long regarded yerba mate as a drink associated with health, vitality, and long life. It is used
as a stimulant, digestive aid, and tonic for depression and pain. It provides an alert wakefulness similar to that of coffee, but
for a much longer period of time and without the crash by using moderate amounts of caffeine, and interacting with receptors to
stimulate the production of dopamine. As well as being a rich source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, it is now gaining
traction for its suggested metabolic effects. Recently research is showing consistent but small benefits of increased fat
oxidation, that is, using fat stores as opposed to internal and external carbohydrate stores which helps you to keep going, for

4. MISSION RUN CLUB?
Remember the Strava challenge I mentioned a couple of weeks ago? Lucy and I took it on and went full monty with it. We decided to
do the full 60 mins in one go and it made us feel amazing! It has inspired us to take on more challenges and see what we can push
ourselves too! Maybe a Mission run club will be born from thisβ¦.what do you think?!Β
