Hi mira,
During August of this year, we conducted a cross-sectional survey of 1.000 American women 35 years or older about how menopause affects their careers.
We believe menopause isn’t scary or something to be ashamed of. The stigma surrounding menopause has led to a lack of information, which leads to poor access to personalized information, a shortage of helpful tools on the market to manage symptoms, and almost no recognition of how menopause affects people in the workplace.
Because it’s such a taboo subject, most people are embarrassed about discussing it openly. This makes the knowledge gap even deeper and inhibits people from seeking help and treatment for their symptoms.
