Relaxing 10-minute meditation ritual πΈ
Step 1: Prepare your space
Find a quiet space that you feel comfortable in.Β
Diffuse an essential oil such as the Peaceful Minds Sandalwood Aroma Oil to help you fully immerse into a meditative state.Β
Step 2: Sit comfortably
You can even lie down if you want to.Β
Step 3: Close your eyes & breath deeply
Step 4: Observe your thoughts
Don't judge, only observe. There are no good or bad thoughts.
Step 5: Keep your focus
Whenever your mind wanders, take deep, grounding breaths.
You may also incorporate a crystal into your ritual.Β
