For northbound D Line get on/off buses at:
44th Ave N & Penn Station - Stop #9646 (westbound)
Temporary stop on 42nd Ave just past Penn Ave (westbound)
Temporary stop on Lake Dr/45th Ave between Victory Memorial Dr and York Ave (westbound)
Xerxes & 56th Ave Station - Stop #9089 (northbound)
For southbound D Line get on/off buses at:
Xerxes & 56th Ave Station - Stop #9087 (southbound)
Temporary stop on Lake Dr & York Ave N (eastbound)
Temporary stop on 42nd Ave & Penn Ave (eastbound)
44th Ave N & Penn Station- Stop #9589 (eastbound)
Northbound buses will travel regular route on 44th Ave to Penn Ave, left on Penn, right on 42nd Ave, right on Xerxes Ave, left on
45th Ave which becomes Lake Dr, right on France Ave N, right on northbound Hwy 100, right exit at Brooklyn Blvd, right on Brooklyn
Blvd and resume regular route.
Southbound buses will travel regular route on Brooklyn Blvd to Hwy 100, right on southbound Hwy 100, right exit at France Ave N,
left on France Ave N, left on Lake Dr which becomes 45th Ave, right on Xerxes Ave, left on 44th Ave, right on Washburn Ave, left
on 42nd Ave, left on Penn Ave, right on 44th Ave, and resume regular route.

Brooklyn & 51st Ave Station - Stop #9173 (southbound)
