5 RULES OF FAT LOSS

1. Intentionally work out at least 30 minutes every day and incorporate strength training at least three times a week.
â
2. Hit a minimum of 10,000 steps a day.
â
3. Eat in a calorie deficit.
â
4. Eat at least .8-1 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.
â
5. Track everything and stay consistent.
