Q: Do I get support after I get the initial plan?
A: Yes, you will check in with me every two weeks and I will send you an updated plan based on your progress.
Q: What is a check in?
A: You will email me front/back pictures and your bodyweight. ;
Q: Do you only work with USA clients?
A: No, I have clients all over the world! It's online coaching. You can live anywhere. All you need is internet access.
Q: I struggle with motivation. Will your program help?
A: I have a Private Group that's only open to clients where you can share your progress and/or struggles. This group is an excellent place for added support and motivation.
