Today was chest/delts and this is what I did..

Chest:
Exercise 1: Cable flys to warm up 5 sets 15-20 reps
Exercise 2: Flat Smith Machine bench 4 sets 8 reps (increase weight each set)
Exercise 3: Incline Dumbbell bench 4 sets 8 reps (set bench at 45 degree or slightly lower)
Delts:
Exercise 1: Dumbbell lateral raise 4 sets 12-15 reps (keep wrist below elbows, don't "FLY", range of motion is short)
Exercise 2: Front raise with straight bar 4 sets 12-15 reps (raise bar to eye level)
Exercise 3: Rear cable flys 4 sets x 12-15 reps (don't go too far back, keep tension on rear delts)
Exercise 4: Cable upright row with cambered bar 4 x 12-15 reps
