**Skullcrushers w/ Straight Bar
4 sets x 12-15 reps
**Seated Dumbbell Curl
4 sets x 8-10 reps
**Dip Machine
4 sets x 8-10 reps
**EZ Bar Curls
3 sets x 10-12 reps
**Overhead DB Extension
3 sets x 10-12 reps
**DB Hammer Curls
3 sets x 10-12 reps
