1) Do more exercise sessions! I prefer to do cardio first thing in the morning and weight train later in the day. The more you can "hit" your metabolism throughout the day with exercise, the more improved your metabolism will be.
2) Eat small frequent meals throughout the day. I'm sure you've heard this one before and I am a big believer in it. You don't want to eat have 1 or 2 big meals only, because that will be very difficult for your body to digest all that food at once, and eating bigger meals, less frequently will slow down your metabolism. You want to do the opposite.
3) Add in a Thermogenic Fat burner, such as Hyperburn from Onest. Hyperburn comes in powdered form so it makes it very convenient to consume first thing in the morning before your cardio session or workout. . Thermogenic means it will raise your body temperature, you will sweat more, but it doesn't have any negative stimulant side effects. No jittery feeling or unwanted stim side effects.
