Here are 3 tips to help you BUILD A BIGGER CHEST!
TIP 1: PUFF OUT YOUR CHEST DURING EVERY CHEST EXERCISE..FLYS, BENCH PRESS, ETC. This will help keep your shoulders back and
make it easier to "FEEL" your chest working each rep.
TIP 2: DO NOT LOCK YOUR ELBOWS OUT. Although going all the way up may seem like you're performing full range, you're actually
not. FULL RANGE FOR THE PEC MUSCLE is stopping just short of lockout. Once you reach lockout, tension comes off the chest and
onto your joints, which you don't want.
TIP 3: DO NOT TRY TO GO 110% EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT. You will end up getting burnt out...your central nervous system out of
whack, or worst case, hurt and not even be able to train. Train smarter, not harder.
