I'm down to 214LBS even with my dieteating struggles. have done pretty good at sticking to eating only the items on the list, just wasn't ever able to get every meal into one day. I'm stoked about the progress! Not where want to be but can definitely see my goal weight from here! Thanks for your help.

4 Bryce Bowman Aug 27 e tome v Lukas, First off sorry this is a day late. Weight and pictures are from yesterday but never got a chance to send them. The last few weeks have been tough with starting a new job and trying to figure out how to get all my meals in with that schedule. Then my last week was at a state fire academy and had no control over what they fed us. Overall I'm really happy with everything. You really helped me figure out how to eat clean and when to eat, which has been my biggest struggle. The workout have been awesome and make getting in the gym easy. Thank you for all the help and guidance over these 8 weeks.

I'm lifting heavier than I've ever been able to before. I'm definitely continuing with you once get back!

murray vitone May 3 oo tome v Good morning Lukas. Today weighed in at 179.6!!! That's a total of 31lbs in 12 weeks! never thought could loose so much but your diet and training plan where easy and enjoyable never felt bored or unsatisfied with the plan. told you wanted to see abs and you delivered! haven't seen my abs in 10 years and feel great! went from a 38 pant size to a 34! Down 31lbs and still was able to push some weight without feeling weak! want to thank you for your guidance and look forward to doing a 8 week program with you again in a few weeks. Again thanks so much for my transformation. My final pics are In a separate email.
