A: The top 3 clients who lose the highest percentage of body weight at the end of the 8 weeks will be awarded prizes.

A: It's 100% personalized for you. I design your specific plan based off the info that you provide on the questionnaire.
Q: Do we get support during the program?
A: Yes! You will check ins via email weekly and I will host Group video calls every Wednesday at 7pm est.
