Here are commonly asked questions I get about my coaching::
Q: What is the meal plan like?
A: I design your meal plan based off your food preferences, food allergies, body type, fitness goal, and several other factors! It’s a specific meal plan that’s tailored for you. I tell you exactly what to eat, and how much. It’s very simple and easy to follow!
Q: I can’t do certain exercises because of an injury. Can I still do the workouts?
A: I design your workout routine around any injuries or physical limitations you may have. Just be sure to include that info on the questionnaire.
Q: I don’t go to a gym. Will the plan work for me?
A: Yes, I design home workouts. One of the questions on the questionnaire asks what equipment you have access to. For clients who have no equipment whatsoever, I design bodyweight workouts for them to do at home.
Q: Do I have to purchase supplements to see results?
A: Supplements do help but are not required. The most important part to having a great transformation is to follow your meal plan and workouts.
Q: How do check ins work?
A: For check ins, you email me current pictures and your bodyweight and I make adjustments to your meal plan and workouts based on your progress.
