It's 10:15 pm here in Miami and I'm about to get some sleep but before I do, I wanted to give you a few quick tips to improve your sleep. Remember, if you want to build muscle and lose body fat, you have to take your sleep and rest seriously. That's where your body repairs itself and recovers.
1) No caffeine after 1pm. Caffeine is great but it will keep you up at night if you consume any too close to sleep time.
2) Take a warm shower before bed. This one helps me a lot. Warm shower helps your body relax and improves sleep quality.
3) No electronics 1 hour prior to bed. Get off your phone and turn off the tv at least 1 hour before bed.. Instead, relax and read a book or journal or plan out your next day.
