Next Day: Wednesday 21st December. Order before 3pm on this date Last Post Dates: DHL UK: Thursday 22nd December. Order before 1.30pm on this date. International: See here for last posting dates Need your order between Christmas and New Year? Due to Royal Mail strikes on Friday 23rd December and Saturday 24th December we cannot say how long orders placed after the last posting dates via Royal Mail will take to arrive. They may arrive between the Christmas and New Year period, but there may well be a backlog. Therefore, if you need your order during this time period we recommend either collecting from us during our holiday opening hours or ordering via DHL. Ideally we recommend ordering more than you’ll need ahead of the last posting dates mentioned above. We do offer Klarna if you need to split the cost of payment. HOWEVER… Here are DHL’s expected delivery dates for between Christmas and New Year: 👉 If you order before 1.30pm on Friday 23rd December via DHL, expected delivery is Wednesday 28th December. 👉 If you order before 1.30pm on Wednesday 28th December via DHL, expected delivery is Thursday 29th December. 👉 If you order before 1.30pm on Thursday 29th December via DHL, expected delivery is Friday 30th December. 👉 If you order before 1.30pm on Friday 30th December via DHL, expected delivery is Tuesday 3rd January. Left it too late and desperately need your order? You can collect from us at our warehouse in Droitwich, Worcestershire! Just select ‘collect from warehouse’ at checkout and once you’ve received a ‘completed order’ email you are free to come and collect during our working hours (psst… see below for these). Please let us know via email, phone call or Whatsapp when you are on your way and your anticipated arrival time so we can make sure someone is available to bring your order out to you. We are dispatching parcels as normal (unless a strike means they are not collected from us, in which case they are collected the next non-strike work day).
