Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking to fill a journey-level IT Customer Support vacancy on the Field Services Team located in Wenatchee, WA. Reporting to the North Central Region Technology Services Manager (NCR TSM), this position will travel regularly to various locations throughout the region to provide journey-level professional support for several WSDOT divisions. The successful candidate will apply technical knowledge to independently identify and resolve complex problems with desktop computer systems, mobile devices, peripherals, and supportive systems. NCR IT provides services to over 400 employees among 20 sites including the agency's programs in the North Central Washington area that are making multi-modal investments in partnership with local agencies on facilities. In this role, you will also be responsible for providing consultation, analysis, planning, design, development, testing, configuration, implementation, operation, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and asset management for servers, virtual environments, network infrastructure, telecommunications systems, software, reproduction, operating systems, workstations, and mobile devices.
