THE CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY ACT: TIME IS RUNNING OUT!
Time is running out for reporting companies formed prior to Jan. 1, 2024, to file their Beneficial Ownership Information Report.
The deadline for filing is Jan. 1, 2025. There is no indication at this time that a court will invalidate the Corporate
Transparency Act (CTA) or that Congress will extend the filing deadline.
For those who have not yet filed an initial report, our panel of experienced CTA practitioners will walk you through what you need
to do to comply with this new federal filing requirement.
Our panelists will discuss which entities may be exempt or outside the scope of the filing requirements, the filing options
available for reporting companies and adopting policies and procedures to deal with the CTA's continuing requirements to file
updates when information changes. Following the discussion, there will be time for questions.
We hope you can join us for this highly informative presentation.
