Heart & Soil HEARTESOIL = ANIMAL-BASED - Hello Radical Health Seekers, Henry Longhi is a member of the Heart & Soil Community, and recently celebrated 1 year doing an Animal-Based diet. Before then, he spent hours per day working out, eating keto thinking it was the answer, and always tracking every piece of food he ate… But tired of counting calories and endless workouts, Henry switched to an animal-based diet and is never looking back: Before & After Here’s what Henry told us: "My testosterone is up over 150pts. My blood work is much better. Triglycerides are very low. My gut is as healthy as it’s ever been, and mentally I feel sharp.  One year of doing anything is a long time. I stayed consistent, eating AB 80-85% of the time  I didn’t count calories, and I didn’t shame myself when I indulged in treat meals every so often (I’m Italian, we bond over food 😉).  I truly believe eating Animal-Based will be a lifelong decision for me moving forward. It’s very sustainable for me and love how it makes me feel." Henry’s favorite animal-based meal is a grass-fed & finished ribeye with sweet potato medallions, raw cheese, Beef Organs, and a glass of raw milk with honey (yum!). If you’re struggling to achieve your health goals, Henry's story is a reminder that it doesn’t need to be an uphill battle. We strongly believe that an animal-based diet & lifestyle offers a sustainable, lifelong path to radical health, and we’re here to help you on this journey. Progress, no matter how small, is still a step in the right direction.  For instance, choosing to eat eggs, even if they’re not organic or pasture-raised, is still better than Lucky Charms.  A 10-minute workout is still better than no workout. Spending time outside, even if you’re on your phone, is better than staying indoors.  Walking 1,000 steps is better than taking none.
