✘ What is the actual training like?
A mix of bodybuilding type exercises and military style conditioning. This gives you the ability to build lean muscle mass while
staying fit and functional.
✘ How long are the sessions?
60-90mins. There is a time commitment with this program as we want to kick-start you into your next gear. This isn’t intended to
be a year round program as it is more intensive but is meant to help you break out of that rut.
✘ I do shift work and can't work out 6 days per week?
We have a full guide in the program on how to best condense the training down so you can still get the same amazing results in
less days per week. We have set out 3 or 4 day scheduling options to make it work for you.
✘ What will I get from this?
A leaner fitter physique. The main objective of this challenge is to get you motivated and staying accountable to your success. So
you can achieve an overall transformation and get your fitness to the next level.
