We Messed Up.. We owe everyone an apology for the recent marketing email you may have received from Ghost. In the email, we used a screenshot from a Linus Tech Tips video that was altered to promote our Belle Delphine K1 keyboard. Unfortunately, this graphic misrepresented both Linus and his team. We falsely attributed the quote, "The best keyboard ever," to Linus, and edited the image to make it appear as though he was endorsing our product—when in reality, he was not. There are no excuses for this. We take full responsibility for misleading both Linus's audience and our own. What was intended as a lighthearted and fun campaign crossed the line by compromising the trust and credibility that Linus Tech Tips has built over the years. We understand now that our actions, even if meant in jest, could damage the reputation of a respected creator and his team. That is not something we ever intended, and we are deeply sorry for it. To make amends, we are offering an extended return window for a full refund to any customer who purchased the Belle Delphine K1 keyboard between September 20th and 24th, 2024, and feels misled by our campaign. We are committed to ensuring that nothing like this happens again and will be far more diligent in the future, whether creating content for fun, parody, or any other purpose. Our sincerest apologies go to Linus, his team, and all of you. We deeply regret the lapse in judgment and hope to repair any damage caused by this incident. We’ve always appreciated the positive relationship we’ve had with Linus Tech Tips, and we hope to continue to do so by learning from our mistakes and doing better in the future.
