Pile up the pickles and bring on the brie, because it’s time to get your graze on! Brimming with bite-sized bursts of flavour and
endlessly customisable, sharing platters are perfect for entertaining and so easy to throw together. There’s nothing better than

There are no rules when it comes to platters, but we love to combine great cheeses and cured meats with fresh fruit, vegetable
crudites, and hummus. Add a variety of crackers and crostini, then fill in the gaps with nuts and a few squares of dark chocolate
for good measure! For extra panache, add a quince paste or small pot of honey – let your imagination go wild.

Guacamole Recipe
Jazz up your platter with a bowl of our delicious guacamole. Easy to prepare and full of flavour, we guarantee it will be the
first thing to disappear! Enjoy the recipe, amigos.
Ingredients
* 2 ripe avocados
* 1-2 pinches of salt (to taste)
* 1 Tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
* 1 garlic glove, crushed
* 1 small red onion (½ large red onion), finely chopped
* 1 minced jalapeño (red or green depending on your heat preference)
* 2 Tbsp coriander, finely chopped (optional)
* Ground black pepper (to taste)
* ½ ripe tomato (about 6 cherry tomatoes), finely chopped (optional)
* Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips
Method
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit, then remove all the avo goodness from the shell into a bowl with a spoon.
2. Mash the avocado, garlic and ½ of the lemon/lime juice with a fork - remember it's Guac, not mousse, so make sure it's still a
wee bit chunky.
3. Add all remaining ingredients gradually to cater to your taste. You're aiming for a lovely balance of salt, acidity, richness,
creaminess and heat. So just add half of each ingredient to start and build on from there. Taste, taste, taste!
4. Serve straight away to keep the tomato fresh and avoid the guacamole going brown from oxidising.
Note: Leftover Guacamole lasts for up to three days in the refrigerator.
