This week, we're highlighting this superfood - the broccolini!

These babies pack an incredible nutrient punch. Rich in minerals and essential vitamins, including vitamin C rich leaves that taste great too! The best way to cook this crunchy green vegetable? Simply blanch it for maximum taste, colour & texture benefits.

To Store

Refrigerate in plastic bags.
Tip – place broccolini in a jar in the fridge with a little bit of water in it to help it last a little longer.


To Cook

Boil, steam, microwave, roast, stir fry. We find blanching to be the best as it improves the taste, colour and texture.

To Eat

The entire broccolini can be eaten – stems and all. Can be eaten raw but becomes sweeter when cooked.
