The pickled red onion adds an authentic feel and loads of flavour, while the cabbage adds texture and crunch. Everyone can build their own around the table just how they like it. Enjoy! Ingredients * 1x Farrah’s taco spice mix * 500g chicken breast, sliced * 12x Farrah’s small tortillas * Thinly sliced red and green cabbage * Pickled red onion * Sour cream and guacamole Method 1. Drizzle chicken with a dash of oil and coat in taco spice mix. 2. Heat a pan on medium heat with a Tbsp oil and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. 3. Heat tortillas and build your tacos with sliced cabbage, pickled red onion and grilled chicken. Top with sour cream and guacamole.
