Eagle, ask anyone who knows me— They’ll tell you I’m a risk taker, And while it’s true… It wasn’t always this way. For most of my life, I was the exact opposite. I was just like everybody else— I played small, and I stayed small. I never left my “safe harbor”. I just treaded water there… Because I feared the deep… the unknown…  I feared risk. Then, one day, something much scarier visited me there: Regret It absolutely terrified me… So I changed. I swam for the open water, And I never looked back at my safe harbor. I embraced a life of personal and professional risk… Because I couldn’t fathom a life of regret. I want the same for you, Eagle. I want you to have the courage to take your risks, earn your rewards… And never know your regret. So, I have a question for you today…  What risk have you avoided for days, months… or years? Get it off your chest, and face your fear. Reply to me here and let’s talk it out. It stays between us. Looking forward to your reply, Joey Here are the rules we live by… 1. No entitlement. Earn everything. Hard work over handouts. 2. To get, give. Extend your giving hand first. 3. Bring The “Few Energy”. Exude grit, gratitude, and GO. 4. Prefer pain. Comfort is a slow death. 5. If you risk nothing, you risk everything. Risk is scary, but regret is terrifying. 6. Luck favors hard workers. Make your own luck. 7. Die growing. Growth to the grave. 8. Plan your day. No plan means no progress. 9. Choose effort over excuses and emotions. Always. 10. Restore the dignity of hard work. Be the Eagle. 11. You are who you hunt with. Soar with the Eagles. Don’t slither with the snakes. >> Continue reading the 10 Rules of The Few (+1 bonus) here. ——————— Housekeeping from FWH HQ— “The House of Hard Work” 1) Don’t miss my personal growth and gear e-mails.
