Having a plan and ingredients on hand makes it easier to pass on the drive thru. Math lesson – Eating Chick-fil-a twice a month ($31.17X2) for a year (x12) is a whopping $748.08 a year.

Meal planning helps make the easy option a healthy option. Healthy doesn’t have to be completed. Keep healthy by eating well balanced meals that you don't require a long list of ingredients. |
