Another happy, tasty, fun, loving and very giggly (especially after drinking my mom's new spiced pumpkin horchata recipe 🤣) in the books! I'm so incredibly grateful for my amazing family and friends who bring such positivity and light to my life. I am truly blessed!

I'm also SO grateful for Emily, my social media manager, who works tireless alongside me, even on holidays, to bring you all of the recipes and content you see across social media. The "magic" of Downshiftology wouldn't happen without her.

And lastly, I'm extremely honored and grateful that all of YOU continue to make my recipes, year after year, in your own homes. Seeing all of the photos of what you made in your kitchens, to feed your family and friends, brings me a joy like no other.
