We are excited to welcome Fall at The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars, which includes new seasonal ingredients from the PNW. Our
recently refreshed menu highlights seasonal fare, including new dishes like Pan Seared Airline Chicken Breast, Crispy Kobe Beef
Short Rib, and Salumi Bolognese. All created and perfected by our chefs, Michael C. Toni and Taylor Kinnebrew.

As we approach the holiday season, we want to remind our guests that our spaces are open to book for all of your celebratory
needs! From corporate dinners and receptions to milestone and celebratory parties, we offer multiple spaces to accommodate groups
from eight to 300.

The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars is participating in Seattle’s Restaurant Week! We will offer uniquely crafted 3-course prix-fixe
menus for lunch and dinner every day to celebrate Greater Seattle's culinary community over good food.
Lunch - $35 per person
Dinner - $65 per person
Does not include tax or gratuity.

JAMES BEARD FOUNDATION: TASTE AMERICA
October 23rd | 7:00pm | Four Seasons Hotel
The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America® is a nationwide initiative to bring together chefs, special guests, and diners from
across the country to celebrate the local independent restaurants at the heart of our communities. Over half of the proceeds from
each ticket sold go toward directly supporting local chefs and restaurants, and the remainder goes to the James Beard Foundation’s
national programming.
The walk-around tasting at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle will be an exciting gathering of chefs from the Seattle culinary
community, with food stations hosted by local chefs. We are excited to share that DeLille Cellars will host a booth at this event
featuring a small bite crafted by Michael C. Toni and the team at The Restaurant, paired with DeLille Cellars wine. We invite you
to join us at this event, enjoying the locally-crafted fare while supporting a worthy cause.
