A NOTE FROM THE EDITOR
After a lengthy multi-million dollar renovation, the provincial government has announced new plans for Lonsdale Quay's Translink
bus exchange. It'll soon be home to a mixed-use housing development, but people are wondering: was the bus exchange upgrade a
waste of money?
If you've ever felt personally victimized by Vancouver cruise ship terminals' customs check-in, changes are on the way. New
security measures will soon be in place for passengers, with the goal of speeding up the process and making travel faster — and
more secure.
And BC is making some adjustments to EV rebates, following a spike in sales that experts say are "increasing faster than
expected." The goal is to push manufacturers to lower their prices in the hopes of making clean vehicles more accessible to the
middle class.
