AN The time you take off won't negatively impact your journey long term. In fact, your mind body will benefit from it. Rest time
improves productivity motivation when you return. We recommend exercising when you can, fuel your body on balanced foods, try new
activities, complete 10 minutes of daily exercises when you can allocate downtime with your family. Having a small routine will
keep your motivation levels up! Having a broad skill set in life is the key to confidence. Try swimming, walking, painting,
journaling or roller blading! You'll be amongest nature create balance in your life by doing so. You become who you surround
yourself with, so if you want to feel love, be around people that love you! If you want to feel happy, contact friends that make
you happy! You can also do your daily exercises or complete our Coachmas Course with a dance friend to stay inspired connected.
Having alone time is important, as you experience self-growth new thoughts when you have alone time. i You could try taking
yourself to grab a coffee with headphones in, sit in the garden, breath o work, meditation, going for a solo walkbeach trip or
looking peacefully at a scenic view.
