FREE WASTE DROP OFF FOR EASY CLEAN UP FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER
Surrey residents have five months to clean up and drop off their waste for free (up to 100kg) at Metro Vancouver’s Central Surrey
and North Surrey Recycling and Waste Centres. From May 1 to September 25, each household gets one trip, providing plenty of time
for residents to utilize this free drop off service.

activity, collect stamps at events and earn entries to win an annual recreation pass.

LA MATHESON STUDENTS KICK OFF 2024 OUR CITY CAMPAIGN
Students at LA Matheson Secondary kicked off the Our City campaign, a city-wide initiative empowering residents to participate in
neighbourhood improvement and beautification projects. Approximately 80 students took part in various activities on April 19,
including planting pollinator shrubs and flowers and cleaning up the surrounding school area.
